  • A copy of your Drivers License or Photo ID
  • Checking and Savings account statements for the past two months
  • Two most recent Pay Check Stubs and W-2's
  • A copy of your most recent Investment Statement(s)
  • Sales Contract for the purchase of your new home
  • Homeowners Insurance Agent's name and number
